[Workshop] AAL Legacy: 14 years of innovations for ageing well

About this workshop :

The AAL Programme is proud to present the outcome of its Legacy Study. Launched in 2008 to improve the quality of life of older adults, the AAL Programme ended in 2021 with more than 300 funded projects and over 1 billion combined funding.

The time has come to reflect on the learnings and challenges of such a Programme. Come and join us for more insights into how AAL has fostered innovation and contributed to the sustainability of care systems.

Going through this engaging study, you will discover how end-users were engaged, which challenges were addressed, and which types of solutions were developed.

Whether you are looking for recommendations for future programs or policies or are curious about the lessons learned from engaging so many different actors: do not skip the chance to catch compelling insights from 14 years of innovation.
