Nutrition and sports health will also be key topics of the congress, with discussions on the importance of balanced nutrition and exercise at all ages to maintain the health of seniors.
The iCope Monitor device will also be highlighted. This innovative tool from the WHO, designed to promote the health and well-being of older adults, also aims to help identify older adults at risk of functional decline and implement supportive interventions.
