
Frank LEYHAUSEN
Keynote speaker Expert in innovation, Founder and organizer of the Senovation Award
Born at the end of November 1969, during the transition from the Baby Boom generation to Generation X, Frank has been advising companies, public authorities, and non-profit organizations on the opportunities and challenges of an ageing society since 2000. His areas of expertise are innovation and communication, as well as the effects on the labour market. Since 2018, he has organized the first and only GSA-wide start-up award (www.senovation-award.de), which also recognises pre-seed and team concepts. So far, more than 500 teams from Austria, Germany and Switzerland have applied.
Frank gained his first experience of the opportunities and challenges of an ageing society at the Deutsche Bank Group in the 1990s. In 2000, he moved into consultancy. Since then, he has been responsible for numerous projects in various sectors and has been involved in research projects. Frank is a media interview partner in Germany and abroad. He has also contributed to numerous books on the topic, including, “Economia da Longevidade”, “From Grey to Silver”, “Of Quota Women and Old White Men”, and “Gray Gold, Not Old Iron”.
He regularly shares his insights at conferences and events, including at the United Nations and SXSW and is interview partner for the media in Germany and abroad.
