Forte d’un parcours atypique entre engagement associatif, management d’établissements et diplomatie, elle a ouvert puis dirigé pendant 7 ans un EHPAD de 112 lits dans la région de Reims, tout en accompagnant l’ouverture de 2 autres structures et la mise en place de leurs directions. Engagée dès cette époque dans la démarche Humanitude, elle en dirige aujourd’hui les formations sur la région Grand Sud (18 départements). Son expertise managériale l’amène également à accompagner des directions d’ESMS et des chefs d’entreprise dans leurs postures, projets et organisation.
With a unique career spanning the nonprofit sector, healthcare management, and diplomacy, she opened and led a 112-bed nursing home in the Reims region for seven years, while also supporting the launch of two additional facilities and establishing their leadership teams.
Committed to the Humanitude approach from the outset of her career in long-term care, she now serves as Director of Humanitude Training for the Greater Southern Region of France, overseeing training activities across 18 departments.
Drawing on her extensive leadership and management expertise, she also advises directors of health and social care organizations, as well as business executives, on leadership practices, organizational development, and strategic projects.
