Damien Cacaret a créé, développé en succursale et en franchise puis intégré au sein d’ORPEA le réseau d’aide et de soins à domicile DOMIDOM. Il a participé pendant 20 ans à l’emergence et à professionnalisation du secteur médico-social avec des actions de lobbying auprès des institutions publiques en tant que Président de Syndicats professionnels.
Il préside et dirige pendant 5 ans les réseaux ADHAP et DOMIDOM au sein d’ORPEA. En novembre 2019, il a rejoins le groupe OUI CARE en tant que Directeur Délégué aux activités Seniors afin de piloter la stratégie auprès des personnes en fragilité et créer le premier réseau de Care Manager en France; Autonomia.

Damien Cacaret created and developed the DOMIDOM home care and assistance network, first as a branch and then as a franchise, before integrating it into ORPEA. For 20 years, he contributed to the emergence and professionalization of the medical-social sector by lobbying public institutions as President of professional unions.
He chaired and managed the ADHAP and DOMIDOM networks within ORPEA for five years. In November 2019, he joined the OUI CARE group as Deputy Director of Senior Activities to oversee strategy for vulnerable individuals and create the first Care Manager network in France: Autonomia.
