Born at the end of November 1969, during the transition from the Baby Boom generation to Generation X, Frank has been advising companies, public authorities, and non-profit organizations on the opportunities and challenges of an ageing society since 2000. His areas of expertise are innovation and communication, as well as the effects on the labour market. Since 2018, he has organized the first and only GSA-wide start-up award (www.senovation-award.de), which also recognises pre-seed and team concepts. So far, more than 500 teams from Austria, Germany and Switzerland have applied.

Frank gained his first experience of the opportunities and challenges of an ageing society at the Deutsche Bank Group in the 1990s. In 2000, he moved into consultancy. Since then, he has been responsible for numerous projects in various sectors and has been involved in research projects. Frank is a media interview partner in Germany and abroad. He has also contributed to numerous books on the topic, including, « Economia da Longevidade », « From Grey to Silver », « Of Quota Women and Old White Men », and « Gray Gold, Not Old Iron ».

He regularly shares his insights at conferences and events, including at the United Nations and SXSW and is interview partner for the media in Germany and abroad.

Né fin novembre 1969, pendant la transition entre la génération du baby-boom et la génération X, Frank conseille depuis 2000 des entreprises, des autorités publiques et des organisations à but non lucratif sur les opportunités et les défis d’une société vieillissante. Ses domaines d’expertise sont l’innovation et la communication, ainsi que les effets sur le marché du travail. Depuis 2018, il organise le premier et unique prix de la start-up à l’échelle de la GSA (www.senovation-award.de), qui récompense également les concepts de pré-amorçage et d’équipe. À ce jour, plus de 500 équipes d’Autriche, d’Allemagne et de Suisse ont posé leur candidature.

Frank a acquis sa première expérience des opportunités et des défis liés au vieillissement de la société au sein du groupe Deutsche Bank dans les années 1990. En 2000, il s’est orienté vers le conseil. Depuis lors, il a été responsable de nombreux projets dans divers secteurs et a participé à des projets de recherche. Frank est un interlocuteur privilégié des médias en Allemagne et à l’étranger.
