REVITAL: socio-economic revitalisation through clinical telecare
Summary of the application :
REVITAL promotes healthy ageing in rural SUDOE by delivering advanced telecare and telerehabilitation for older and dependent people, improving access to neuro and physical rehabilitation at home.
It enhances autonomy, quality of life and caregiver support while fostering a Silver Economy through digital health innovation, skilled jobs and scalable public-private care models. The project has been selected for the capitalization by Interreg Sudoe.
