Consumer Insights and Data Intelligence professional for 27 years.

Led local, regional and global teams in Consumer Insights and Innovation processes at multinationals Unilever (1998-2014) and Kimberly Clark (2014-2022).

Psychologist, post graduated in Gerontology at Albert Einstein and through studies and research, developed the Longevity Mentoring Program®, with the purpose of inspiring individuals and groups to intentionally plan their aging journeys.

Since 2019, she´s been helping corporations on embracing age diversity, as well as guiding brands in building more authentic dialogues with 45+ internal and external audiences, for Nestlè, Natura & Co, Lóreal, Haleon, among others.

Co-author of the 1st Good Practices Guide against Ageism in Latin America in partnership with ABA, Brazilian Association of Advertisers.

Candice´s IKIGAI is to give new meaning to the aging process and democratize gerontological culture through my writings about Active and Conscious Aging on the Instagram profile @ Beyond.Age.
