About this workshop :

A journey around the world to explore the various ways different countries manage their approaches to collective accommodations for the elderly, from “traditional” nursing homes to new international approaches.

We will highlight the most innovative and effective models, sharing best practices that foster a safe, respectful, and dignified living environment. Our guests include international experts in health, interior design, technology, and legislation who will come together to share their knowledge, experiences, and innovative ideas.

This workshop will allow for an interactive exchange of ideas, with the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with the speakers. Whether it’s the impact of technology on collective accommodations in Sweden, architectural innovations in Australia, regulations for elderly care in Japan, or community initiatives in the United States, we will gain an overview of best practices worldwide.

A journey of learning and inspiration around the world. Together, we can enhance the community living experience for everyone, regardless of where we live.

This workshop is part of the planned program for the SilverEco & Ageing Well International Festival 2024 // Nursing Homes Summit
