About this workshop :
A workshop on the crucial role that sports federations can play in promoting physical activity to support healthy ageing.
In 2024, the promotion of physical and sports activity will be the French National Campaign. In the spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the President of the French Republic has declared the promotion of Physical and Sports Activity as the French National Campaign for 2024.
Walking football, Ping Senior, Tennis Santé, Hand at any age, Silver XIII balance… All sports federations are getting involved in senior sports !
This panel discussion will bring together representatives from sports federations, health sports coaches, sports doctors, and active seniors. They will share their experiences and ideas on the importance of sports in promoting the well-being and health of older individuals, and on the commitment of sports federations in this regard.
