About this workshop :
A workshop addressing one of the most pressing challenges of our time : enhancing the attractiveness of professions in the personal services sector and home care for the elderly.
Opinion leaders, entrepreneurs, and workers’ representatives are invited to discuss the complex working conditions of these essential professions.
The goal is to address the urgency of roles facing challenges and contribute to the valorization of elderly care professions, a crucial field for improving the quality of life for seniors living at home.
