Healthy Ageing Summit / Silver Citizens Summit
About this workshop :

Ageing in Good Health Also Means Staying Active
Move, create, share: adapted physical and artistic activities are opening new pathways to ageing well—in both health and enjoyment.
From walking football to intergenerational handball, from adapted judo and boxing to Ping for Alzheimer’s, not to mention dance and circus arts—each discipline demonstrates that there is no age limit to pushing boundaries and expressing oneself.
In this workshop, experts will show how activities redesigned for seniors foster mobility, strengthen social bonds, and transform sport and the arts into powerful drivers of inclusion, prevention, and joy of living.
