Healthy Ageing Summit / Living at Home Summit /SilverTech & AI Summit
About this workshop :

In a context of rapid growth of the Silver Economy sector, innovative technologies and digital services are already an integral part of seniors’ daily lives. These solutions and practices rely on the processing of numerous personal data, often sensitive, raising major issues regarding the respect of fundamental rights, in particular the protection of personal data.
Protecting older adults’ data also means safeguarding their autonomy, dignity, and building trust. Aware of these challenges, the CNIL supports stakeholders in their compliance with the GDPR.
This workshop will present the CNIL’s overall action plan for the Silver Economy sector, making the protection of seniors’ personal data a strategic, ethical, and trust-building asset for professionals and older adults alike.
