About this workshop :
This discussion will shed light on the essential and often underestimated work of professional caregivers in Nursing Homes.
In this panel discussion, we will welcome everyday heroes serving the elderly who will share their personal experiences of working in Nursing Homes. They will talk about the challenges they face daily, the moments of joy they share with residents, and their perspective on the current trend of Nursing Home Bashing.
Attractiveness of careers in old age : this workshop is an opportunity to hear directly from those in the field. Their stories will help us better understand not only the issues they face but also opportunities for improvement and innovation in the field of elderly care.
