About this workshop :
This discussion will focus on how employee caregivers can be a valuable asset to companies and how organizations can support these employees in their dual roles.
The panel discussion will bring together business leaders, human resources experts, union representatives, and working caregivers. They will share their perspectives on the added value that caregivers bring to the company, as well as the challenges they face and how businesses can help overcome them.
Caregivers represent significant hidden costs if not supported, but become a valuable resource when properly assisted.
Topics of discussion will include flexible work policies, corporate social responsibility (CSR), emotional support, specific training, and the benefits for companies in supporting employee caregivers.
