About this workshop :
The demographic transition raises questions about the challenges of senior employment. What is the impact of the aging population on the workforce, the challenges of senior employment, and the importance of employers adapting to the needs of seniors ?
This panel discussion will bring together experts in human resources and representatives from companies in the sector. They will share their ideas and experiences on adapting the workplace to an ageing workforce and highlighting the skills and experience of older workers.
Topics on the agenda include hiring policies, continuous training programs, flexible working arrangements, and health and well-being initiatives in the workplace for seniors.
