SUARA Cooperativa : An Immersive Approach to Senior Well-Being
Wellbeing-Immersive is a multimodal immersive reality program designed to enhance cognitive, emotional, and social well-being in elderly people, including those living with mild cognitive impairment. By combining mindfulness, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity, the program provides participants with experiences that engage the mind and body in balanced, holistic ways.
