A propos de cet atelier :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Face aux enjeux d\u2019isolement social et de maintien \u00e0 domicile, les Services Autonomie \u00e0 Domicile (SAD) font \u00e9voluer leurs missions pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. Cette session explorera la place du lien social dans l\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 domicile et les nouvelles missions qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en compl\u00e9ment des interventions traditionnelles. Elle mettra notamment en lumi\u00e8re la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec le Service Civique Solidarit\u00e9 Seniors, afin de renforcer les \u00e9changes interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels, pr\u00e9venir l\u2019isolement et favoriser une approche plus globale du bien-vieillir \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About this workshop :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As social isolation and ageing at home become increasingly important challenges, Home Care Services are expanding their role to better address the social as well as practical needs of older adults. This session will explore the growing importance of social connection within home care and the new missions that can complement traditional support services. It will also highlight the role of the Civic Service for Older Adults, and how intergenerational initiatives can help prevent isolation, strengthen social ties, and promote a more holistic approach to ageing well at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
