It works in the areas of health, education, social protection, innovation and citizenship, based on the Decade of Healthy Ageing, the SDGs and the Statute of the Elderly Person. Saber S\u00eanior Project: connects older people with children in the literacy phase in public schools. It trains elderly volunteers as reading and writing mentors, promoting intergenerational bonds, digital inclusion and recognition of the expertise of the elderly. It also promotes reverse mentoring with primary school teachers, valuing intergenerational listening and the co-creation of new teaching practices, stimulating the Silver Economy. Sensitive Listening Project: prepares volunteers and professionals to develop active listening skills with elderly people in vulnerable contexts, such as ILPIs, homes and outlying communities. It aims to prevent social isolation, neglect and violence by strengthening local care networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
