Le\u00efla Hicheur est directrice des affaires strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019Ircem, directrice de cabinet du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 professeure en master banque assurances \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lille (2004-2011) et rapporteur du comit\u00e9 scientifique lors de la concertation nationale Loi Grand \u00e2ge et autonomie organis\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re des Solidarit\u00e9s et de la Sant\u00e9 en 2018-2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regroupant chercheurs en sciences sociales et m\u00e9decins, ce comit\u00e9 est intervenu sur les enjeux et les priorit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9forme, et sur des missions d\u2019expertise et d\u2019analyse des pistes de travail envisag\u00e9es. Le\u00efla Hicheur est notamment dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lille (DU vieillissement et long\u00e9vit\u00e9, m\u00e9decine et sant\u00e9 publique), de l\u2019Execuive Master gestion et politiques de sant\u00e9, Sant\u00e9 publique de Sciences Po Paris et de l\u2019Institut des hauteurs \u00e9tudes de d\u00e9fense nationale (IHEDN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le\u00efla Hicheur is Director of Strategic Affairs at Ircem and Chief of Staff to the CEO. She was a professor in the Master’s program in Banking and Insurance at the University of Lille (2004-2011) and rapporteur for the scientific committee during the national consultation on the Law on Old Age and Autonomy organized by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health in 2018-2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bringing together social scientists and doctors, this committee addressed the challenges and priorities of the reform, and provided expertise and analysis of the proposed courses of action. Le\u00efla Hicheur is a graduate of the University of Lille (University Diploma in Aging and Longevity, Medicine and Public Health), Sciences Po Paris (Executive Master’s in Health Management and Policy, Public Health), and the Institute for Higher National Defense Studies (IHEDN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
