Pierre-Olivier Lefebvre est D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du R\u00e9seau Francophone des Villes Amies des A\u00een\u00e9s\u00ae (RFVAA). Il anime ce r\u00e9seau depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2012. Le RFVAA rassemble actuellement plus de 300 adh\u00e9rents en France et en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en g\u00e9rontologie sociale depuis pr\u00e8s de 30 ans, il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019animateur en g\u00e9rontologie, puis a poursuivi une carri\u00e8re professionnelle dans les municipalit\u00e9s en s\u2019impliquant en particulier dans des dynamiques de participations sociales avec les habitants \u00e2g\u00e9s, ensuite en dirigeant des services et des \u00e9tablissements pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ses comp\u00e9tences dans l\u2019accompagnement des personnes tr\u00e8s \u00e2g\u00e9s et fragiles socialement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titulaire d\u2019un master en sociologie, il a travaill\u00e9 sur les enjeux de la politique de l’\u00e2ge, tant sur les aspects techniques, strat\u00e9giques et politiques. Il a signataire de nombreux articles et ouvrages sur le vieillissement et la d\u00e9marche ville amis des ain\u00e9s.il est membre de diff\u00e9rents conseils scientifiques ou conseils d\u2019administrations d\u2019organismes li\u00e9 \u00e0 la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 ( SFGG, FIAPA, ILC France,\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pierre-Olivier Lefebvre is General Delegate of the Francophone Network of Age-Friendly Cities\u00ae (RFVAA). He has been leading this network since its creation in 2012. The RFVAA currently has more than 300 members in France and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specializing in social gerontology for nearly 30 years, he began as a gerontology facilitator, then pursued a professional career in local government, focusing in particular on social participation initiatives involving elderly residents. then, as a manager of services and facilities for the elderly, he developed his skills in supporting the very elderly and socially vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a master’s degree in sociology, he has worked on age policy issues, covering technical, strategic, and political aspects. He has authored numerous articles and books on aging and age-friendly cities. He is a member of various scientific councils and boards of directors of organizations related to longevity (SFGG, FIAPA, ILC France, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
