Ses responsabilit\u00e9s hospitali\u00e8res ont couvert le champ des affaires juridiques, du droit des usagers, des instances hospitali\u00e8res, de la gestion du patrimoine hospitalier, de la coop\u00e9ration et la conformit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en ing\u00e9nierie juridique appliqu\u00e9e au domaine hospitalier. En tant que charg\u00e9 d\u2019enseignement universitaire, il transmet \u00e9galement aux futurs cadres et juristes les connaissances juridiques et ethiques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur exercice professionnel, et notamment aupr\u00e8s des publics vuln\u00e9rables tels que les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric RODRIGUES Hospital Director with degrees in public law and health law, and with 20 years of experience in the hospital sector as Secretary General and Deputy Director, I currently hold the position of Director of G\u00e9rontop\u00f4le Sud PACA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His hospital responsibilities covered legal affairs, user rights, hospital authorities, hospital asset management, cooperation and compliance in data protection, with a specialization in legal engineering applied to the hospital sector. As a university lecturer, he also teaches future executives and lawyers the legal and ethical knowledge they need to practice their profession, particularly when dealing with vulnerable groups such as the elderly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
