Si les politiques nationales fixent le cap, ce sont bien les territoires \u2013 d\u00e9partements, villes, associations et acteurs de terrain \u2013 qui incarnent au quotidien la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du \u00ab bien vieillir \u00bb. Cette table ronde propose un \u00e9change concret et engag\u00e9 sur l\u2019articulation entre la strat\u00e9gie nationale et les initiatives locales, en int\u00e9grant pleinement la voix des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es elles-m\u00eames. Comment garantir que les politiques publiques trouvent un ancrage efficace dans les d\u00e9partements et les communes ? Comment donner toute leur place aux a\u00een\u00e9s dans la conception et la gouvernance de ces dispositifs ? Quelles coop\u00e9rations inventer pour mieux relier institutions, acteurs de proximit\u00e9 et initiatives citoyennes. Ce temps d\u2019\u00e9change mettra en lumi\u00e8re les leviers, les bonnes pratiques et les perspectives pour b\u00e2tir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui consid\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e2ge comme une richesse et non comme une contrainte. While national policies set the direction, it is at the local level\u2014departments, cities, associations, and grassroots actors\u2014that the reality of ageing well is embodied on a daily basis. This round table offers a concrete and committed discussion on the link between national strategies and local initiatives, while fully integrating the voices of older people themselves. How can we ensure that public policies are effectively anchored in departments and municipalities? How can we give seniors their rightful place in the design and governance of these measures? What new forms of cooperation can connect institutions, local stakeholders, and citizen initiatives more effectively? With the participation of&nbsp;<strong>Olivier Richefou<\/strong>, President of the Mayenne Departmental Council,&nbsp;<strong>CORERPA<\/strong>, which represents and voices the concerns of older people,&nbsp;<strong>RFVAA<\/strong>, which coordinates the Age-Friendly Cities and Communities network, and&nbsp;<strong>Filien ADMR<\/strong>, a leading provider of home support, this session will highlight key levers, best practices, and future perspectives to build a society that sees ageing as a resource rather than a constraint. An essential meeting to understand how, from the national level to the home, every layer can contribute to giving seniors their full place in our collective
