Pourtant, les m\u00e9tiers du Grand \u00c2ge souffrent encore d\u2019une image fragile, alors m\u00eame qu\u2019ils repr\u00e9sentent l\u2019un des piliers de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Comment rendre ces professions plus visibles, plus d\u00e9sirables et mieux reconnues ? Dans cet atelier, Olivier Rit (AND-SC2S), Micka\u00ebl Briquet (Association Fran\u00e7aise des Ergoth\u00e9rapeutes en G\u00e9riatrie) et S\u00e9bastien Martin (Maison D\u00e9partementale de l\u2019Autonomie des Alpes-Maritimes) partageront leurs initiatives et leurs visions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le r\u00f4le du <strong>R\u00e9seau des Ambassadeurs de l\u2019Autonomie<\/strong> et du <strong>Centre D\u00e9partemental des M\u00e9tiers de l\u2019Autonomie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019impact des nouvelles technologies<\/strong>, de la robotique et de l\u2019habitat aidant pour transformer les pratiques et valoriser les professionnels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les leviers pour <strong>attirer les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/strong>, lutter contre l\u2019\u00e2gisme et renforcer les coop\u00e9rations interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les <strong>nouvelles comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper<\/strong> : num\u00e9rique, pr\u00e9vention, coordination, accompagnement des troubles neuro-\u00e9volutifs\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et bien plus encore ! Yet, professions in elder care still suffer from a fragile image, even though they represent one of the pillars of our society. How can we make these professions more visible, more attractive, and better recognized?
