Il s\u2019agit d\u2019investir un territoire fragile en proposant une ou plusieurs actions de pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9 ludiques, culturelles, sportives ou p\u00e9dagogiques. Ces actions sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es selon les besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du territoire et de ses acteurs.
