The success is down to capturing men\u2019s passion for sport&#8221;.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Adam, 69, a player in Age UK Mid Mersey&#8217;s team who has an inoperable brain tumour,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ageuk.org.uk\/information-advice\/health-wellbeing\/fitness\/walking-football\/\">tells Age UK how taking part in a sport he loves helps him cope<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Going to walking football makes me feel part of a team and independent. It\u2019s also something to look forward to (&#8230;)\u00a0The lads are great. We have a good laugh.
