Since 2014, the region has been implementing various initiatives to structure and promote the Silver economy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It all began with the creation of a regional industry committee and thematic working groups. A &#8220;Silver economy pack&#8221; was also launched and the Region was identified as a &#8220;experimentation hub&#8221;. Silver Day is an annual event allowing different players to meet, and is thus very much part of the Region&#8217;s silver economy momentum.<\/p>\n<h2>Silver Day Normandy:\u00a0one event, two phases<\/h2>\n<p>The Silver economy dedicated 13th of October will be divided into two phases. The following themes will be discussed in the morning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The impact of the French &#8220;ASV&#8221; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.silvereco.org\/en\/marisol-touraine-and-laurence-rossignol-commend-the-adoption-of-the-society-adaptation-to-ageing-law-by-the-french-senate\/3125176\">adapting society to ageing<\/a>) law on the market<\/li>\n<li>Senior marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Product and service design<\/li>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of the morning, Consulting firm Adjuvance will draw up seniors&#8217; <strong>social and psychological profiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The afternoon will be dedicated to tailored BtoB meetings between various Silver economy players (companies, associations, health and social health players, local communities), to foster new partnerships, exchanges, and joint projects.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, leaders of senior citizen residence &#8220;Les Jardins de Diana&#8221; will present their human-based approach.<\/p>\n<h3>Date and
