Marouane Hatim is an economist researcher. He has a PhD in economics from The University of Perpignan via Domitia (France). He is a graduate in wealth management from the University of Aix-Marseille.
He has been wearing several hats since graduation. He is a financial executive with 17 years of experience in private banking, wealth management and financial investment.
Besides teaching at HEM Business School Casablanca, he is an author of various researches in the financial field, an author of a book on wealth management and the behavior of private saving in Morocco and he is also a columnist. He contributed to a few articles on savings in Africa. The most recent one is about the Moroccan banking presence in Africa.
HATIM is a member of ECONOMICUS, free research group in Economics and Management, and also a member of International Association of French-Speaking Economists.
